  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

For the tzatziki sauce:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

For the wrap:

  • 4-6 flour tortillas
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • To assemble the wrap, warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Spread a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce on each tortilla.
  • Add a few falafel balls or patties to the center of each tortilla, followed by sliced tomato, red onion, fresh parsley, cilantro, and lettuce leaves.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
